Amanda's mother died of Alzheimer's and it changed her life forever. For the last 18 years she has poured into the senior living industry a passion for helping seniors and their families. 

Amanda Bailey has been actively involved in caring for seniors as a Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. She has first hand knowledge of how senior living communities operate and shares that knowledge with the families she helps.

Amanda is a Certified Assisted Living Manager and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

John has walked the path of senior care with Amanda since her mom's diagnosis of Alzheimer's. He has seen first hand the struggles of families to find resources.

John Bailey made his career in pharmaceutical sales, building relationships with medical professionals to provide information regarding therapeutic medications to physicians and their office staff.

His knowledge of the experience families have with care needs is a focus of his passion when talking with medical professionals. Helping them understand the battles of families is his central message.

In his spare time, you can find him camping with Amanda and their friends & family or taking their therapy dog, Rock, to local senior living communities for visits. John is also an avid fisherman & hunter.
