My mom, Clara, was an amazing cook. Nothing fancy, just good food! 

Sharing her recipes is a way to honor her...we hope you ENJOY!

(Note: recipes with stains are the BEST!)

Not only was this a staple for Christmas morning, but if we had family in town for the weekend, this was a great recipe to share with everyone. 

NOTE: sometimes she replaced the croutons with slices of stale bread
